Is there a way to give Ehab more than 5 stars? I would if I could! We have worked with Ehab on three separate transactions (2 purchases and 1 sale) and we couldn't ask for a better person to work with. He listens and determines what is important to each client and is efficient with your time. He is also detail-oriented and takes care of his clients -- believe me, with three separate transactions, we would know if he wasn't! We’re first-time home buyers and now having the experience and perspective of having bought a home in our back pocket, we realize how lucky we were to have Ehab as our realtor. We met Ehab at the urging of both our children when we decided to move to San Diego. (My daughter worked with him and my son bought a house through Ehab.) From the beginning we could tell he was a low pressure real estate agent who would not try to push us into buying something that didn't thrill us. He is very knowledgable about the San Diego area real estate market and showed us homes in different neighborhoods so we could decide where we wanted to live and then focus on which house. He educated us about the California specific process of buying a home. When we chose a home, he set up our inspections at our request. Everyone he recommended (including a mortgage bank) was excellent at their jobs.
