Ehab helped us quickly find a rental property two years ago in a 4 day period after a cross country move and a fiasco prior to finding him. We were so pleased at his tenacity, we had to use him again when we wanted to purchase our forever home. Ehab is the best of the best. He's personable, easy to talk to and makes all the time in the world for whatever you need whenever you need it, then when the time comes to get down to business he gets it done! As a buyer, I appreciated that he was very responsive, which is so important in this crazy market when you must jump on any interesting listings immediately and navigate nail-biting bidding wars. When we first started looking, he was very patient and low pressure and took the time to really understand my likes and my wants based on the homes we were seeing. When I was ready to put in an offer, he really took the intensity up several notches with his pricing analysis and crafting a competitive and creative offer based on his knowledge of the market and developing rapport with the seller's agent. We won after two rounds against 15 other offers. Escrow was very smooth as well. He was in constant communication, helped me through every step of the process in great detail, was a great help with inspections and worked really well with my lender.
